These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between TJBT ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). TJBT is an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing Sports Betting and casino gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

In these Terms & Conditions, "Platform" refers to the TJBT website, mobile app, and all related services. "User" refers to anyone who visits or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.

To open an account with TJBT, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.
• Each national ID or passport number may only be linked to one account.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your country of residence.

After registration, TJBT may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other documents. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on TJBT:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account tier.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• TJBT reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

TJBT supports a range of mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. Processing times vary by method. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes, though verification may take longer.

TJBT offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be fulfilled. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 25x.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 20% on weekly deposits. Wagering requirement: 20x.
• Cashback Bonus: Up to 10% of weekly net losses. No wagering requirement.
• Referral Bonus: A fixed amount for each successful referral. See the Promotions page for details.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Certain games may be excluded or counted at a reduced rate toward wagering — full details are listed on each bonus page.

The following rules apply when placing bets on TJBT:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 (twenty BDT).
• Odds in live betting can change at any time.
• Once a match has started, TJBT is not obligated to honor bets at previous odds if those odds have changed.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.

TJBT reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If suspicious activity or signs of match fixing are detected, the outcome of the bet in question may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TJBT platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Match fixing, sports manipulation, or use of insider information.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

TJBT reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• In the event of suspicious financial transactions.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

TJBT always strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly. However, service disruptions may occur in certain situations:

• During scheduled maintenance windows (advance notice will be given).
• Due to third-party server or network issues.
• In the event of a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, TJBT reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, all staked funds will be fully refunded.

The TJBT website, app, logo, designs, content, and software are entirely the intellectual property of TJBT. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes.

Games provided by third-party game providers are operated under their own licenses and intellectual property rights.

TJBT reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice will be published on the site.
• A message will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• The date of any changes will be updated on this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request that your account be closed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of TJBT's licensing authority. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of an international arbitration court.
